focuses on the design of space relating to residential design.
It further develops skills in analysing a brief whilst requiring a
sensitive handling of a building conversion in relation to its site
context. Emphasis will be given to identifying the customer through
market research and will also focus on the inter-relationship between
retail and leisure design (hotels) or the differing functional
requirements of inter related spaces such as food preparation, dining
and relaxation (residential).
